Stratisfied
IPA7.5 ABV66 IBUStratisfied has qualities of West Coast IPA’s that we love, but with different hopping techniques, modern concentrated hop technology, and a newer hop variety). It’s boldly hopped at 3/lbs per barrel with Strata hops giving it the classic sticky hop kick in the mouthfeel with the tropical fruit, berry, and candied notes associated with newer hop varieties.

Racking My Brain
Barrel-Fruited Sour6.0 ABV18 IBURacking My Brain is the result of meticulous fermentation, blending and aging. Saddleback wort has been fermented with multiple strains of brett in wine barrels. After almost of year in the barrels, fresh raspberries from Goss Berry Farm (Mechanic Falls, ME) are added and the aging continued. Each gallon of beer has over 1# of fruit in it resulting in a dry, tart, refreshing fruit beer.

Cherry Hill Trail Coming Soon
Barrel Fruited Sour6.5 ABV11 IBUThis sour ale was fermented in pinot noir barrels and aged with Brettanomyces with sweet & sour cherries. After sitting in barrels for over a year the results are a pleasant tart beer with fruit and wine notes. Although the cherries used came from away, this ale is named after the Cherry Hill Trail system on the property behind the brewery.
