Mike's Maple Porter
Nitro Maple Porter7.2 ABV37 IBUMike and Barbara Corliss of Wintergreen Farm supplied the brewery with 12 gallons of finished maple syrup from their sugar shack in Gorham. Twelve gallons of syrup equates to a whopping gallon for every keg in this batch giving this porter a maplewood earthy nose and flavor with mouthfeel that is distinctly maple.

Rare & Different Tune
Norweigian-style IPA5.8 ABV58 IBUThis Norwegian-style IPA uses Lutra Kveik yeast which is quite different than what we normally make, and we use that yeast rarely. The name is also an homage to the Grateful Dead’s Terrapin Station – recipe by Alex whose job is to “shed light and not to master.”
-
Runabout Red Ale
Amber Ale4.4 ABV32 IBUAmber color, malty backbone, and grassy hop notes make it no other.

County Brown
Brown Ale5.3 ABV32 IBUCounty Brown was first brewed in 2014 as more Maine
produced malt was becoming available for local breweries.
County Brown highlights Maine grown and malted barley from
the Maine Malthouse in Aroostook County. The result is a
toasty and smooth traditional brown ale that is distinctly
Maine. -

Streets of Rome
Italian-style Pilsner5.2 ABV25 IBUStreets of Rome is an Italian-style pilsner referencing the iconic “When I Paint my Masterpiece” Oh, the streets of Rome are filled with rubble Ancient footprints are everywhere. You can almost think that you’re seein’ double. On a cold, dark night on the Spanish stairs. Inspired by Head Brewer Rusty Packer’s time in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome.
-
Stratisfied
IPA7.5 ABV66 IBUStratisfied has qualities of West Coast IPA’s that we love, but with different hopping techniques, modern concentrated hop technology, and a newer hop variety). It’s boldly hopped at 3/lbs per barrel with Strata hops giving it the classic sticky hop kick in the mouthfeel with the tropical fruit, berry, and candied notes associated with newer hop varieties.

Cherry Hill Trail
Barrel Fruited Sour6.5 ABV20 IBUThis sour ale was fermented in wine barrels with three Brettanomyces stains for over a year, and then went through a secondary fermentation with sweet cherries for an additional eight months. The extended aging with brett strains and yeasts results in a pleasant tart beer with fruit and wine notes. Although the cherries used came from away, this ale is named after the Cherry Hill Trail system on the property behind the brewery.
