Mike and Barbara Corliss of Wintergreen Farm supplied the brewery with 12 gallons of finished maple syrup from their sugar shack in Gorham. Twelve gallons of syrup equates to a whopping gallon for every keg in this batch giving this porter a Maplewood earthy nose and flavor with mouthfeel that indistinctly maple.

Racking My Brain is the result of meticulous fermentation, blending and aging. Saddleback wort has been fermented with multiple strains of Brett in wine barrels. After almost of year in the barrels, fresh raspberries from Goss Berry Farm (Mechanic Falls, ME) are added and the aging continued. Each gallon of beer has over 1# of fruit in it resulting in a dry, tart, refreshing fruit beer.

Stratisfied has qualities of West Coast IPA’s that we love, but with different hopping techniques, modern concentrated hop technology, and a newer hop variety). It’s boldly hopped at 3/lbs per barrel with Strata hops giving it the classic sticky hop kick in the mouthfeel with the tropical fruit, berry, and candied notes associated with newer hop varieties.

Streets of Rome is an Italian-style pilsner referencing the iconic “When I Paint my Masterpiece”

“Oh, the streets of Rome are filled with rubble

Inspired by Head Brewer Rusty Packer’s time in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome.

Named for the classic Star Wars blaster onomatopoeia – this is another beer to honor our nerd roots. This is the pils you’re looking for. West Coast pilsners are known for being hopped like IPAs while maintaining the crisp lager characteristics.

Amber color, malty backbone and grassy hop notes make it a red like no other.

Low Key is calculated at around 115 calories per 12 oz. We used concentrated hops to make a flavorful aromatic beer that is quick and easy to drink without feeling like anything is missing.

Sebago Brewing Company is part of a select set of brewery partners working with Crosby Hops for a practical application of a new variety of hop they developed and are interested in scaling up.
Once experimental hops are determined to have flavors and aromas that brewers like while also having the right growing traits to be success on an agricultural level it will be given a proper name and then introduced on a larger scale.

Originally brewed in collaboration with our packaging crew to help celebrate twenty years of all things Sebago Brewing, Pack in the Day Double IPA is now Back in the Day. Packed with distinctive hop varieties from start to finish, this haze forward NEIPA does not disappoint. Juicy and refreshing.

Lake Trout Stout is a Sebago classic. A midnight black full-bodied nitro stout that is brewed with oatmeal and plenty of hops to balance the roasted barley. Our stout is an experience that tastes the same way it looks – dark and rich.

Our 2024 Barleywine is aged for 10 months in a selection of bourbon barrels from Widow Jane and Heaven Hills. It boasts bold flavors from the marriage of beer and barrels that are not for the faint of heart.
