What’s Pouring

We’ve taken our old classic Midnight Porter and brought it back – but this time on nitro! This classic style has dark and rich flavors but restrained use of the malts keeps it easy to drink, and drink again.

Racking My Brain is the result of meticulous fermentation, blending and aging. Saddleback wort has been fermented with multiple strains of brett in wine barrels. After almost of year in the barrels, fresh raspberries from Goss Berry Farm (Mechanic Falls, ME) are added and the aging continued. Each gallon of beer has over 1# of fruit in it resulting in a dry, tart, refreshing fruit beer.

Amber color, malty backbone, and grassy hop notes make it no other.

This bold West Coast IPA is highly hopped exclusively with Stata at 3 pounds per barrel. The wide range of aromas and flavors that Strata  contributes makes this single hop IPA full of character

Braap Braap! is a golden ale made with one of our favorite English yeasts – a subtle ale with a mild malt sweetness & fruity candy subtleties. It’s clean and refreshing, while full enough to stand up to colder weather. Brewed with our snowmobiling friends the “Gorham SnoGoers” in mind.

Hazy, but not too hazy. Smooth flavor with classic and new school hops.

Bring Out Your Red is longtime Sebago team member Matt’s take on a nitro red ale. It uses caramel malts and expressive base malts to build a bread-like malty sweetness that creates an exceedingly smooth bodied nitro ale.

Low Key is calculated at around 115 calories per 12 oz. We used concentrated hops to make a flavorful aromatic beer that is quick and easy to drink without feeling like anything is missing.

Streets of Rome is an Italian-style pilsner referencing the iconic “When I Paint my Masterpiece”– Oh, the streets of Rome are filled with rubble Ancient footprints are everywhere You can almost think that you’re seein’ double On a cold, dark night on the Spanish stairs– Inspired by Head Brewer Rusty Packer’s time in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome.

Pale ales are timeless great beers with subtle hop and malt qualities that are easy to enjoy. Pale in Comparison is made with Mosaic and Citra hops combined with expressive London III yeast bringing fruity and citrus character to a subtle malty brew.

Celebrate is inspired by the classic strong IPA’s of the West Coast, particularly one that is released annually around the holidays. It’s notable for its simple but bold hop and malt character. SBC Brewer Alex Upton lead the charge on making this brewers’ favorite style.

Our 2024 Barleywine is aged for 10 months in a selection of bourbon barrels from Widow Jane and Heaven Hills. It boasts bold flavors from the marriage of beer and barrels that are not for the faint of heart.

No crunch-berries were harmed in the production of this beer – all the candy and berry flavors come from the hops. This is a big bold DIPA –  cheers.
