Barrel Aged Brettanomyces Ale
Three Little Pinks
Three Little Pinks is named after the three pink elements added to this beer over the 2 years it took to produce it. This batch started in the summer of 2019 as pilsner wort and was fermented in wine and gin barrels on fresh rhubarb from Snell Family Farms in Buxton, then again with strawberries, and finished with a dose of hibiscus flowers. It has a blend of yeasts and barrel characteristics that add to the complexity of the fruit used.
