Scary Garcia is a nod to the Ben & Jerry’s ice cream both in name and recipe. This milk stout uses pastry-beer hybrid ingredients which keep it tasting more beer-flavored instead of using whole pastry products additions like cake or donuts. Lactose sweetens the finish while balancing the bitterness from the roast malts and cacao.
