Racking My Brain
Racking My Brain is the result of meticulous fermentation, blending and aging. Our brewers took Saddleback wort and fermented it with three strains of brett in sauvignon blanc barrels. After almost of year in the barrels, fresh raspberries from Goss Berry Farm (Mechanic Falls, ME) were added and the aging continued. Each gallon of beer has over 1# of fruit in it. The end result is a dry, tart, refreshing fruit beer.
