Milk and Wookiees

Milk and Wookiees is packaging team member Brian Peat’s first crack at brewing a Sebago beer. This balanced nitro milk stout has been conditioned with French Oak and Sugar Maple wood staves to impart a light woody taste and feel without the lengthy time required for traditional barrel aging. Milk and Wookiees gives you the smooth richness you would expect from a nitro stout, the light sweetness of a milk stout, and a light amount of wood tannins.
