Replicator Error

A very familiar phrase to any Star Trek fan. We’ve taken Capt. Picard’s signature drink from just tea to beer with tea. Brewing in the saison style has allowed the Earl Grey to be front and center by keeping the hops to a minimum and using grain that was very light in color. This has created pronounced a yet pleasant tea aroma and golden orange color. The bergamot flavor (from the leaves of the sour orange tree) in the Earl Grey tea imparts an enjoyable citrus flavor complimenting the effervescence esters from the French Saison yeast and keeps you coming back for more. Make it so.
