Summer Small Batch
Summer in Maine is heating up, but we’ve got plenty of one-of-a-kind cold ones for you!
Paint My Masterpiece
This juicy New England IPA is the third and final release of our “When I Paint my Masterpiece” series. Paint My Masterpiece was made using the Cyro Pop® hop blend from Yakima Chief Hops combined with Omega Yeast’s new Cosmic Punch™ yeast strain. Both the yeast and this hop blend work together using newly understood methods of biotransformation to deliver powerful tropical, citrus, and stone fruit character. Biotransformation! The important thing is you get to enjoy delicious hints of fruit punch, piña colada, and guava in this delicious work of art.
Damn Sam
Sebago brewer and cycling enthusiast Kevin Robichaud created the recipe for this New England Pale Ale. Damn Sam is named for Sam Morton who works hard maintaining trails for Greater Portland Chapter of the New England Mountain Bike Association. It’s made with all Maine grown and malted grains (with a potent blend of hops from away). Enjoy the herbal citrus and subtle malt flavors of Damn Sam after a ride on the trails.
Cold-Pressed For Time
This variation on Pressed for Time was so well received (and so much fun to make) that we brought it back! Our brewers started with Pressed for Time wort…then changed both the yeast and dry hops to create something new. Cold-Pressed For Time is dry hopped exclusively with Citra, which gives it a different range of juicy notes compared to its mother beer. The hop change combined with the lager yeast and cooler fermentation temperature make this variation a decidedly different beer while still being totally juicy and refreshing.
These small batch beers are currently available at the Tasting Room and at select Sebago locations.
