Purchase and use it as a traditional gift card and/or activate
it as a loyalty card to earn credits redeemable for rewards.

1) Gift
Card
a) Purchase
a card for any amount over $5.
b) Use it to make purchases at all Sebago Brewing Company
restaurants. Your card cannot be redeemed for cash.
c) You may reload your card at any time by visiting a Sebago
Brewing Company restaurant and adding more value to the card.
d) Your card may only be used to make purchases up to the
remaining card value. If you would like to make a purchase
for an amount that exceeds the remaining value, you must pay
the excess using another payment method.
e) Your card has no expiration date. However, it must be used
annually to avoid forfeiting the card balance to the State
of Maine.
f) There are no maintenance fees associated with your card.
g) Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced unless attached
to the loyalty program. Replacement cards will only be issued
to the original loyalty card member.
2) Loyalty
Card
a) Our card is used to reward our guests for their patronage.

to see the active plan(s).
b) Sign up for the loyalty program by activating your card
with your first purchase. It can only be activated with a
purchase at any Sebago Brewing Company restaurant.
c) When the card is activated you will be presented a voucher
to fill out with relevant information in order to create a
membership.
d) To accumulate credits towards a reward, the member must
present their card with every purchase.
e) Rewards will be issued according to the currently active
plans.
f) Only the member paying the bill will receive credit towards
bonus plan.
g) There is a limit to how much credit can be earned each
day. Please see bonus plan

h) You can check your card balance and bonus plan balance
by having your card swiped at any Sebago Brewing Company restaurant.
i) Rewards will not be issued until your next visit.
j) You are responsible for the use and safety of your card
and are liable for all transactions.
k) We reserve the right to cancel membership and void member’s
credits and rewards if there is any unauthorized use by the
member.
l) In the event of a lost or stolen card we can deactivate
the original card and issue a new card to the original member.
The original member will be required to show proof of identity
in order to obtain a new card. All previous bonus information
will attach to the new card.
m) We reserve the right to create new bonus plans, change
existing plans and discontinue this program at any time, with
or without notice.
n) We reserve the right to alter the terms of the program
at any time, with or without notice.
