Local Harvest Ale

Local Harvest showcases Cascade & Comet hops grown by the Hop Yard in Gorham. These hops were used within hours of being picked just down the road at Hamblen Farm. The fresh hops are sprayed with liquid nitrogen to freeze them before our brewers shred them with a weedwhacker to extract more flavor and aroma while preserving their finest qualities. This is our favorite way to use fresh hops.
